Do you want to work in MMA and shape the way the sport's statistics are covered? FightMetric is hiring a full-time developer and technical specialist to work in our Washington, DC offices. If you're not already in the DC area, FightMetric can help pay your relocation costs.
What you need for this position:
What you need for this position:
- 2-5 years technical experience
- Strong self-starter
- Programming experience (PHP/Ruby/Javascript/HTML/CSS)
- Linux server management experience
- Database management experience
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of MMA
- Graphic design experience a plus
- Ability to work nights and weekend
What you'll be doing:
- Developing leading edge software employing MMA statistics, including data capture, data feeds and fantasy games
- Project management and oversight
- Data systems development and management
- Advanced database querying
- Fight Night systems management
