Updated UFC Leaders after UFC 128 - @nathanmarquardt Now Second All-Time in Takedown Accuracy

Posted 1:14 AM
UFC 128 saw a few moves in the fighters found on the all-time UFC records page. The most significant developments were in the Takedown Accuracy category, where Nate Marquardt improved to second place all-time after going 3-for-3 against Dan Miller.

Jon Jones also went 3-for-3 on takedowns and moves into third place all-time behind Marquardt and Georges St-Pierre.

The biggest drop of any fighter on the lists belonged to Mirko "CroCop" Filipovic, who dropped from #1 all-time in takedown defense outside of the top-10 altogether. Mirko allowed four takedowns to Brendan Schaub after allowing just one takedown in the UFC previously.

Jim Miller improves two spots to #7 on the list of leaders in significant striking defense. Miller avoided 80% of the strikes thrown by Kamal Shalorus.

And despite losing decisively, Eliot Marshall enters two of the top-1o lists, now that he qualifies with five UFC fights. Marshall sits at #6 in takedown defense and #8 in significant strike defense.
