UFC fans who were pleased to see referee John McCarthy back in the Octagon on Saturday night will be happy to know that they also saw him achieve a new milestone. By officiating the Rory MacDonald vs. Nate Diaz fight, McCarthy becomes the second man with 200 UFC fights under his belt (he got #201 with Jose Aldo vs. Mark Hominick).
